PERFORM-SDM (Human Resource Formation Planning) is an application designed to assist the Human Resources and General Affairs Bureau of ANRI in planning workforce requirements over a five-year period. The application integrates workload analysis data, employee availability data, and staffing gap information for each position to provide accurate insights for decision-making. Through this system, workforce planning can be carried out more effectively, systematically, and in alignment with organizational needs.
